Youth Speaker, Ajaye' Carter, a decorated Navy veteran, and a well-known master facilitator who has a unique ability to educate, inspire, motivate, and empower individuals and organization to create and control their own vision and destiny in their personal and professional lives via his powerful interactive presentations. Specializing in bringing together intellectual differences in male youth ages 14-18, Ajaye's ability to connect with Generation X & Y across the country is his passion and life's mission. He’s the youth speaker for your school assembly who is also known for not "sugarcoating" life's experiences, challenges, and solutions with a message that gives his audiences that Ah-Ha Moment!

Sociologists have noted that this is the first generation in our country’s history that think divorce, separation and single-parent households are a normal part of family life. A study identified 40% of children have no involved father. Every year, nearly 1 million kids are left with one parent because of divorce. Only 41% of kids grow up in a two parent household, creating emotional and unstable children. We live in a day and age when what is deemed normal and natural is, in fact, incredibly abnormal and unnatural. It is clear that America needs wisdom on this topic and that’s exactly what cIc offers. Through conversations and partnerships community, church, and family, cIc mentors believes they can help to build strong men, future leaders, and at the same time, eliminate a defeatist and mediocrity mindset, and overcome multiple barriers that block ones life's dreams, goals, and purpose.
